The Crown House development consisted of Tower 1 (21 storeys) and Tower 2 (10 storeys), containing 169 apartments including 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The development was supported by mechanical and electrical plantrooms at ground and Mezz levels including a wet riser pump room and a life safety generator. The facilities included a children’s playroom and external play area, 2no. entrance foyers, building managers office, external parking area and 2no. ground floor retail areas. The roof supported 55kW of photovoltaics panels which fed into the Landlords system.

MEP Efficiency completed the MEP design throughout RIBA Stage 4 – 6 and provided the Overheating and energy modelling assessments (TM59, SAP and SBEM).
