Contractor: McLaren Construction Ltd.​58-60 Berners Street and 14-17 Wells Street is a new mixed-use development consisting of Office and Retail space with a retained 1906 façade on Wells Street. Two buildings are adjoined comprising lower ground, ground plus 5 storeys fronting Wells Street and lower ground, ground plus 7 storeys fronting Berners Street.

MEP Efficiency completed the MEP design throughout RIBA Stage 4 – 6 and provided the energy modelling assessments. The building was awarded BREEAM Excellent rating for the mixed-use development scheme. The building services within the offices were fully exposed which required BIM modelling and careful attention to detail.
